Summary: Really nicely decorated and furnished little farmhouse within a short drive of SUNY Fredonia, Lake Erie shore attractions and NY vineyards. Beautiful country setting. So quiet! It was so nice NOT having traffic noise all the time and still be in a convenient location!

Summary: Wonderful place to stay. Quiet country setting but easy access to area businesses. We enjoyed getting away from grandkids and their animals, after a busy morning/afternoon. Definitely a place to return to in the furure.
