Positive: Good location, spacious interior
Negative: Cooking utensils were damaged or broken. Once management were notified of this they were immediately replaced. The largest ring on the electric cooking hob didn’t work, notified that a replacement hob was on order.
Summary: The White House was an excellent place to spend our holiday and would definitely recommend it to other families.

Positive: Excellent location. (We saw Orcas from the deck on day one!) Key pickup was clear. View is wonderful. Outdoor furniture was nice to have.
Negative: Very dirty/stained furniture in living room. Pull-out bed was uncomfortable. Some stove burners don't work. Overall, the price was high for what was offered.
Summary: Could use some updates.

Positive: The house was quite roomy for 5 people and 3 bedrooms made it very private for sleeping. Plenty bath towels but short on hand towels.
Negative: The day bed in bedroom 3 is not very comfortable as the mattress is too thin. It should be replaced. The house is nice but looks quite tired in some areas. It could use a face lift by painting the rooms. The yard is nice and big with a bbq and table/chairs but its not very inviting to be in the yard. The place will look much better if the yard was cleaned up and a gardener hired to trim and prune the plants. Water at least once a week will go a long way to help the plants.

Positive: We loved the layout, big windows, and how there were 3 bathrooms/bedrooms! Great value for the price.
Negative: It definitely didn’t feel deep cleaned - there was still hair in the shower and floors, no handsoap in the washrooms (when we did get soap it was very watered down), plates were greasy and unwashed pans in the oven.
Summary: We were in love with the layout and location! Wasn’t deep cleaned, but we just cleaned ourselves.

Positive: Location was great, the house was very nice walking distance to two restaurants and easy access to beach. Not far from downtown Sechelt.
Negative: The highway traffic in front of house was very loud when sitting on deck. House was not ready when we arrived, waited 1/2 hour after check in time to get key.
Summary: Nice place to stay but would look for quieter place next time.
