Positive: The amenities- large kitchen, lots of seating throughout the house, beautiful decor, HOT TUB. Nice sheets, towels & bedding. Walking distance to the beach, church, doughnut shop, etc... The grill and beach items were nice to use as well. It was a great rental, clean and very spacious.!!

Negative: * The TV was hard to use. No regular TV or cable. * In order to have the garage closed at all times, it would be helpful to have an opener or keypad. * didn't like that we were being watched at all times, but I understand living next door to your rental would be hard too.

Positive: Walking distance to the beach and downtown. Commercial kitchen was terrific as we cooked daily.

Negative: 7 bikes is deceiving. There are really 3 okay cruiser bikes and a mountain bike that we didn’t even get on. The 2nd MTB didn’t have a rear tire. No place for keys and sunglasses. A peg board would be nice
