Positive: Good location in quiet village. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast bag for early Y3P start was a lovely touch. Comfy beds and great tea and coffee selection in the room.

Positive: Great location for walking the three Peaks. Very friendly staff & nothing was too much trouble. Dinner was lovely & liked they offered ‘lite bites’ if you didn’t want a massive dinner.

Negative: Breakfast - bacon was rather overcooked. Tea / coffee in the room was not automatically replenished, however we were given no problem when we asked

Positive: Beds were comfortable and tidy, breakfast was tasty and staff were friendly

Negative: The bathroom facilities need a revamp, shower had mould and mirror light didn’t work.

Summary: No real complaints, had a great rest and breakfast ready for my hike.
