Summary: Spent the night for a concert at the Golden 1 Center. The hotel was incredible and Scott’s Seafood was delicious. The view was beautiful and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

Summary: The day after the my stay at the Westin I developed an extreme rash on my face which has also resulted large pustules, cysts and open wounds. I went to beauty school for esthetics and have years of multiple training in facial skin care and hygiene. I didn’t use any of the facial products there as I always use my own. I have not changed anything in my skin care routine, diet or exercise for years nor have I broken out in years. I believe that I contracted this rash and skin condition from the sheets, robe and/or towels. I am experiencing discomfort bd have not been able to find a solution to this matter.

Summary: I’ve always enjoyed the Heavenly Collection. It’s been years since I’ve stayed at a Westin though. I didn’t care for the “new” bedspread. Room was overall clean. Initial front desk staff was borderline snarky. They were busy, so that may be why. But should be addressed. Staff going forward were really friendly. AC unit was a bit loud, but worked well. I’d stay here again.

Summary: To start the WiFi wasn’t working in my room. When I called the front desk the girl told me to bring my laptop to the front desk then said that she’d send someone to my room in 15 minutes but didn’t. When 30/45 minutes passed I figured they weren’t coming so I went to go get food next door. When I was passing the front desk the girl, who was the same girl on the phone from reading her name tag, asked how I’m doing and I told her I wasn’t getting WiFi in my room and she quickly said “WELL DO YOU HAVE YOUR LAPTOP?!” And I told her that she had told me she was sending someone to my room in 15 minutes and that it’s been more than 15 minutes but I’m gonna go get something to eat now. Then she ended the interaction by saying WELL WHY BRING IT UP?! There was that, making me miss 2 business video call meetings. And the fridge wasn’t working causing my medicine that was supposed to stay cool, go bad
