Summary: The staff was very professional from the time we drove up to the front door, to the restaurant, and the front desk members. We did not have long waits for anything we asked for. The room was very clean and ready early!

Summary: We love coming here with family. However on 07/19 and 08/16, on check in, I had to deal with Adriana at the front desk. She was indifferent, no welcoming of us as guests, and had a bad attitude. She couldn’t even make eye contact. With a pleasant and upbeat manner, we asked about the guy with the welcoming mimosas. She said “he’s not here.” Jose was great and full of positive energy and he helped us out nicely. Later, when we came back she was happily giving out mimosas. She could have been doing that earlier. She could have been much more helpful and welcoming, and she was not!

Summary: This was our second time staying here. For the second year in a row the air conditioning went out and it was over 109 degrees outside! We also had 2 roaches in our room. Not impressed by the staff response or the quality of room. Super uncomfortable!

Summary: Great place. We will be back. My check in took 20 minutes waiting in line. There were only two reps with 8 stations for check in available. Once I talked to rep she seemed indifferent. Otherwise great stay!

Summary: After check-in we had to drive to our building (#6). There were zero parking spaces available. Drive around for 20 minutes looking but couldn’t find any. I had to park in a “No Parking Zone”. Our building was very noisy around 12:30AM and the again at 2:30AM. 4 drunk people were standing outside of our door (637) yelling at each other in Spanish. Had to tell them to go elsewhere. The hotel was packed with people attending an event. Good for the hotel to be that busy during the summer but bad for the other guests. Will think twice about staying there in the future. Also, the bathroom door didn’t close. Only the door to the toilet room closed. Poor maintenance.

Summary: The overall experience was great! The only downside is coming home and seeing unexpected charges. Per the hotel.com website we would be charged $80 at the hotel we have been a total so far of pending charges of $300.00. Email send to hotel waiting on results.

Summary: Beautiful grounds and facilities. My son loved the arcade. The food was good but not enough options. The room was comfortable but they did not clean thoroughly day to day. The big pool was the worst--absolutely no security even though they had us wear wrist bands. The gate was propped open and there were too many people, bringing coolers and leaving trash all along the pool side. I came across trash while swimming in the pool. Gross. Not enough staff poolside.
