Positive: The room were spacious. Love it had 3 different pools. Had a bowling and arcade. Music. Different restaurants inside. It was a nice walk around the resort. Anaia when she checked us in was so helpful and gave us a lot of good information.

Negative: That our AC went out twice in our room. First at 5:30pm and an engineer came out and fixed it. And when we came back to our room about 10:30 pm there was no AC. The room got to 83 degrees. It was so uncomfortable. We went to to the lobby about 11:45pm to see what they can do for us. The female that was there told us that she couldn’t do anything. That she couldn’t accommodate us. She was not helpful and was rude. She left us there and didn’t even help us.

Positive: The staff were very friendly, complimentary champagne upon arrival, clean directions on where our room was. Pools were big and spacious. Clean towels, good drinks at the bar. Staff gave us rides on golf carts between pools.

Negative: The bathrooms at the pool needed to be attended too more often due to lack of cleanliness. Only issue.

Summary: Great value for the stay.
