Summary: The hot tub has no jets. I booked the hot for the hot tub to help with my back pain.i was disappointed in that.

Summary: The parking not so easy .Its in a separate parking garage connected to a shopping centre . We weren’t given good directions and took half hour to find it , We had to park a long walk from hotel and signage wasn’t good . Or you can use valet parking for 78 bucks. Our room was clean comfy wiith amazing view . There is no in and out with parking garage or you have to pay again . Staff was friendly and helpful.Also was a wedding reception there . We could hear the music and we were on 12th floor . We wanted an early night sleep but I had to put a pillow over my head to block out the music .

Summary: We had a great stay at the Westin Ottawa. The staff were amazing and ready to accommodate our requests during our stay. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance for shopping, restaurants and sight-seeing. We had a beautiful view of the Parliament buildings from our room courtesy of the management. A great birthday celebration to be remembered.
