Summary: Everything from check in to check out was pleasant and professional. Breakfasts at Daly’s were generous and tasty. The Shore Club dinner was a treat. Having the Rideau Centre shopping mall attached was very convenient. Valet parking made arriving and leaving throughout our stay very easy. We’ll definitely be back

Summary: The check in staff member was snobbish and gave us a room that was not ready. It wasn’t a great way to start our experience at The Westin. After that start, everything else went well.

Summary: I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds.

Summary: I like the area and convenience of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and super nice. Not too much info about where the amenities are- gym, pool etc... I thought the rooms were a little dated and rough. They haven't been updated in a while and it shows they have aged badly and what was once modern and sleek now looks old and dingy.. The price for the quality is a little steep in my opinion. I expected more.
