Positive: Overwater villa with incredible views — spacious, stylish, and well maintained. Housekeeping was good and kept everything comfortable. Good food with a nice variety of options. Stunning setting with pristine beaches, clear water, and excellent facilities. Snorkeling on the reef and seeing sharks under the villa at night was enjoyable and memorable.

Negative: Staff were sometimes a little over-attentive during meals, which affected the relaxed atmosphere.

Summary: Wonderful stay in an overwater villa with good food, snorkeling, and sharks swimming below at night.

Positive: The resort itself is paradise. Our overwater villa was absolutely beautiful, clean and with luxurious amenities. Snorkelling every day we saw reef and nurse sharks, stingrays, turtles and tonnes of fish. What really set this resort apart was the staff. Every single team member, across all departments, was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were happy and comfortable. Despite the weather (it rained a lot) the staff and management team did everything to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. Food was good with a decent choice to not get bored. Kitchen staff are happy to accommodate requests, restaurant and bar staff were amazing. Spa and Gym facilities and staff were great, massages were exactly what we needed and complimentary activities kept us busy.

Negative: we did find the cost of extra activities (especially water activities) to be prohibitively expensive but this didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Summary: Exceptional service, facilities and accommodation.

Positive: The heavenly water villa was spectacular. Loved it! Staff were amazing, from the GM to the most junior employee. They were very helpful, caring and attentive. They took a good care of me and made my stay pleasant. Chef Usama’s food is really delicious!

Positive: Everything was perfect but the standout was the staff. They went out of their way to make sure you were catered for and made you feel like part of the family. Everyone we encountered helped you with a smile on their face. We stayed in a Deluxe beach villa and had stunning views every morning. The villa itself was so spacious and had everything, particularly useful that there were numerous plug outlets in the room. We had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on arrival. The outdoor shower was divine. All the food was beautifully prepared and portions were huge (there were often buffets for dinner). We found half board was more than enough. Standout dessert was the Baked Yoghurt! There is a huge range of activities to do plus a great gym and spa! We managed to see Dolphins, Turtles and Manta Rays. It was such a perfect stay, made only more perfect by my fiancé proposing on our strip of the beach. We'd like to thank Laurent and his team for giving us some incredible memories and we cannot wait to return. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone I know.
