Summary: We were greeted with the biggest smile and welcome from Karl in valet he went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ethan was just adorable taking us back and forth to the village. Lucy what a beautiful soul, again went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was so helpful when I needed some extra support. Donovan at the front desk wow what a guy and again NOTHING was ever to much trouble. Finally Lucy and Nikki and check in and check out were so friendly. Making sure we were ok. We especially want to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire team. A big thank you to Z and the hotel manager, who supported us with great care and professionalism during checkout. Summary: We stayed for 3 night and really enjoyed the resort. The staff was very friendly. Alexis checked us in and we went straight to our room. The toilet was slow to flush so we let the front desk know and it was fixed immediately. The pool area is great with many umbrellas. I would have liked to use the jacuzzi but it was not working. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We were in Las Vegas helping my mom move so we decided to stay here. Check in was easy and the room Was beautiful, clean and bed was comfy. This is a resort so for the cost that we paid per night, it was so worth it. Definitely will come back. “Z” at front desk was Very accommodating and courteous. Overall experience was amazing.
