Positive: The bed was great and customer service was excellent We had a corner suite and the view was great Breakfast service was excellent Concierge was one of the best, great work Paulo !

Negative: The building and facilities are dated No mini bar in room you have to order everything to to your room and pay for that service, need at least a couple of bags of chips and some soft drinks for late arrivals Tiny bathroom with shower in bath

Summary: Staff were great and beds were comfortable and rooms clean just old and dated

Positive: The location was great with easy access to all the public transportation and the staff were great too.

Negative: The lifts as it can take a while for a lift to come but I believe these are being upgraded.

Summary: It was lovely from start to finish and we would definitely recommend it!
