Positive: I didn’t have breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The staff was exceptional from the first call for early check and when present at the hotel. The staff was friendly at the valet and the front desk. They are very professional, friendly and warm. Even after leaving the hotel the staff has been extraordinary in assisting me with leaving items left behind. Oh and I loved the water station, nice touch! The room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I always travel with my sheets but I did not have to use them. Amazing!

Negative: The only challenge was the door to the room was hard to open, which is a minor fix. I informed the front desk and was informed he would contact maintenance so the next guest would not have that experience.

Summary: It was a wonderful stay, with great comfort and staff to make sure stay is pleasant.
