Positive: This is a charming cottage, in an ideal position - right in the middle of Polperro, but away from the crowds (cul de sac). Although it is really small, they have used the space really well. The welcome pack is really helpful - and allowed us to contact the owners during our stay to get help with operating instructions. They were super nice and helpful, and helped fix our problem.

Negative: The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, but it wasn't perfect. Most of the knives were blunt, and there was no sharpener. Some minor repairs needed (door knob fell of chest of drawers, the main bedroom window fittings were broken, so you couldn't fasten the window when it was open, the loo seat was loose etc.) - all very minor, and probably repaired by now!

Summary: A charming (tiny) cottage, in a brilliant location.
