Positive: Wonderful hosts, large room, great location and parking in a village where that can be difficult. Well recommended.

Negative: Relatively minor concerns when balanced against all the positives of this place. The bed was not very comfortable and the room was quite noisy. People's voices echo in the street straight into the room. Especially an issue when people were walking up from the pub. No EV charging that is listed as a facility on Booking.com

Negative: An outside seating area would be a boon, but space is limited in Polperro. There’s always seating down by the harbour.

Positive: What a great stay. Every aspect of our visit was truly excellent from our greeting by Simon and Jackie, our spacious, well equipped room to the wonderful breakfast. The location is also excellent as was ease of parking. Overall, a really great experience.
