Positive: Great location on the beach. Fabulous little dwelling.

Negative: It had electric heating and a small log burner. We travelled late October and it was a little cold .

Positive: Host's were so welcoming from start to finish with amazing communication and made everything perfect with the personal touches. Cottage was stunning, clean and had everything we needed and we will definitely be booking again

Positive: This cottage is well named, it really is a Wee Belter, Excellent location, cottage has everything you need, easy access to beach from rear or front of property. Lots to see and do in the area, the host has a really good book with local attractions and amenities, also some history on the cottage too.

Negative: There really wasn't anything that we didn't like, just that our trip wasn't long enough!!

Positive: No breakfast self catering, location good for golfers and visiting the castle. Nice village to walk around, Great beach.

Negative: It is a compact space and has steep stairs. we were only 2 but 4 people is possible but somewhat tight.

Positive: The Property is in the Lovely Community of Embo about 3miles north of the Great Town of Dornoch, The Property has direct access to the Beach just a short walk away, terrific base for driving trips John o’ Groats is doable in one day as is Wick and Thurso, Dingwall Invergordon and Inverness are closer.

Positive: it was a fantastic facility, the location was a dream; close to the beach, the sleeping room had a fantastic view of the ocean. The facility had everything, a clean kitchen, a cosy and comfortable living room, and a nice garden. In summary, amazing place for a quite nice holiday at the beach. A suggestion to the host, maybe consider a guest book in the facility, so your guests can write in there, it is always nice to have such a guest book ;-)

Summary: We loved the place and already missed it.
