The newly refurbished garden apartment has private parking in front of the door. From the private patio, enjoy the garden views, wild birds on the feeders, and surrounding woodland and fields. There is a patio heater for cooler days. We are in a rural location with easy access to Royal Dornoch and Tain (Transport is essential).
The bedroom has a king-size bed with Egyptian cotton linens, a large TV with streaming services, and a good wifi signal.
The bathroom has a bath and a powerful overhead rain shower. Eco tolietries are provided, fluffy towels and bathrobes.
The kitchenette has an air fryer, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. We provide a wide selection of teas, sugar, fresh coffee, jam, marmalade, and honey. Fresh milk is also provided on the first day of arrival.
We are dog friendly and there are walks from the doorstep.

Summary: Nice one bedroom with mini kitchen and sitting room to stay for one or a couple, and a quick drive to Dornoch. Very clean and cosy, we liked the heated bathroom flooor and towel warmer - thoughtfully appointed.
