Summary: Loved the entire stay. I will say I seen one roach but let’s be mindful that this is an island. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They prefer to text which is helpful as well for me. The view and room is exactly like the pictures. Overall excellent experience.

Summary: Gorgeous location, room had a balcony overlooking the waves crashing onto rocks below. Easy access to beach, 5 minute walk at most. Snorkeling and diving nearby, restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing. Really comfortable bed and room. Not a lot of space to store clothing, what was provided doesn't really work for hanging anything other than shirts, but we figured it out. The pool isn't a traditional pool, its kind of built into the rocks and is filled with ocean water and fish and crabs and barnacles. We liked it but it's different and probably not suitable for children.

Summary: Check in was not great. The office was very small and full of boxes (not welcoming) and even with prior notice (and hotels.com VIP status, they were not able to check us in early). It also would have been helpful to know before arriving that they do not recommend drinking water from the tap. The view from the room was amazing.

Summary: Amazing place to stay, and Charlotte and Tom were great hosts. Nice kitchen in the room to make breakfast and lunch, and AMA and the Sunset Grill were excellent for dinner. Easy walk to beach and dive shop. We’ll be back.

Summary: Outstanding staff there for anything you need. Spectacular location. The 5 star restaurant ajoining it was excellent but expensive. Very nice room was able to cook when I wanted. Balcony was very private. Walk to the beach or out to dinner.

Summary: The view and sound of waves from the balcony were absolutely amazing. We stayed here during our vacation last February and were thoroughly impressed. The beds are extremely comfortable with exceptionally nice bedding. Delicious coffee. Nice bottle of wine. Wonderful shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. Charlette and Tom make this exceptional hotel even more exceptional. Highly recommend.

Summary: The location is great with dining onsite and more options nearby. Cane Bay Beach is also very nice. We loved the ocean view and the room is spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed for a nice vacation.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. St. Croix is a beautiful island, with lots to do. The view from our room was wonderful, and we appreciated the kitchen (and the suggestion to stop for groceries on the way there). The staff was great and very accommodating. Just a few small negatives: Would have appreciated a toaster or toaster oven and a blanket on the bed (not just a bedspread). We would stay there again if we went back to St. Croix.
