Summary: I book everything through Expedia and this was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The guests in the room next to us were laughing, yelling, screaming for hours well into the 2am clearly drunk. Even staff admitted they could hear it themselves, all they did was “send security.” After security left, they got louder. When I asked us to be moved or for another solution, I was told to call the police. No follow up, no check in, zero accountability. To top it off, when we checked out, we were told we had a “late checkout” we didn’t even know about. The area is cute, but the service and handling of issues were unacceptable. Won’t be back.
