Summary: Very nice hotel on the water. Great location to walk to lively area with restaurants, bars, ice creamery, market etc. most importantly, because it is so close to lively area the nearby bars will play loud music until the mandatory cut off at 11pm. If you are an early riser this may not be the best for you, but worked well for us. They also do not do any room attendant services on Sunday. However the other days the room was kept in an impeccable condition after cleaning.

Summary: This is a former condo building transfer into a hotel. The room was a one bedroom suite with all the amenities. In the evening, it was quite noisy, due to the numerous bars/restaurants on Lakeshore Blvd. The furniture was upscale, not your typically hotel room furniture.

Summary: The top cover in the smelled of BO, not too sure what the smell was. (I’m hoping it was changed from previous person). The bed is in dire need of a replacement mattress, kinda lumpy. The living room smelled like old water…like when you use a rug cleaner and the water isn’t sucked out enough. Normally it’s always been really good here…this time not so great.
