Summary: Unfortunately this stay was not as good as our previous stay. I like this boutique hotel because its proximity to walkable food and entertainment, and convenience of having a kitchen. The past times I have stayed, cooking utensils and pots/pans were in the room. This time, I had to request every item, even a knife to cut. The first room we were put in, we got ourselves settled and then the shower curtain fell down. We asked for maintenance but no one was available so we had to repack and move. The next room had no heat. When we asked about it, the staff had no solution so brought blankets. It was my birthday weekend and I was disappointed.

Summary: Great Location, easy partlking, nice staff. Kitchen is ready for a renovation (worn out cabinetry) ; bare minimum (eg if you need a pot you will have to ask the front desk for one) ; bathtub panel was loose. Smell of tobacco on the apartment.
