Positive: Location was amazing. Food and service was outstanding. Access to a stunning beach. Facilities were spotless.

Negative: As I didnt need to use the wardrobe, i didn't find the tea and coffee facilities until the next morning but I was able to buy a pot of tea at the bar and bring it up to my room. Still it maybe should be a bit more obvious, unless I missed something, ha ha. I was on the road side which was noisy early on. I was also woken up at 6.30am by something like a bin lorry, making a mechanical noise, which lasted about 10/15mins. So maybe it needs some soundproofing at the window.

Positive: The staff were excellent Management not so very standoff The food was excellent hot and very well presented

Negative: This were it was a big problem as far as we were concerned we were given a front facing room the noise from the road was unbelievable especially at peak times morning and evening you could not keep the window open your only means of fresh air

Positive: The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Kate Lynn looked after us in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast staff were excellent too.

Negative: I had hoped that the Small plate option on the dinner menu would have included some main meals. Food was excellent but I have a health problem which meant my choice was limited. The chef was very helpful and excluded the food that I couldn’t eat from my plate but no substitute was offered

Summary: We had a lovely time and will definitely return to the hotel. Looking forward to the Spa opening.
