Positive: Locate. Right on the New River and associated bike path. Several large refrigerators in common area. Easy walk to river and a couple of restaurants.

Negative: Building was very old(1904???). Floors were slanted and rooms were small. Noisy too and one of the guests had a dog! (Didn’t think that was allowed.)

Summary: Nothing fancy, but a good value!

Negative: Bed was very firm, wasn’t the most comfortable. Would have been nice to have a tv in the room.

Positive: This place is amazing! The hotel keepers were super friendly and helpful. Excellent location for biking new river trail. Gorgeous views of the dam from the back deck. Fries is a very sweet little town. I stayed with my husband and baby. We highly recommend Washington Inn!

Positive: Beautiful location and its a lovely place to stay. It would be a great place to stay for a family reunion or group meet up with private rooms and shared living spaces. The location has wonderful views and is in the middle of Fryes and its riverside park and restaraunts. Check in was done by text and was quite easy.

Negative: Thought I locked my phone in the room and had to ask another guest to use thier phone to contact the host. Luckily I found my phone in the kitchen . It would be nice to have an alternative communication available.

Summary: Lovely well maintained shared living space with lovely views and very close to restaraunts and trail

Positive: I like how peaceful it was. The river is right there. There’s a lot of things to do like go kayaking just a beautiful scenery unfortunately I was only there for the night, but I would like to go back and spend some time.
