Both hip and historic, it is located in the heart of the Northwest Quadrant neighborhood in the walkable historic district. The 500 square foot apartment with 10' ceilings, large windows, dark navy walls, concrete floors, and chic furnishings is bold and handsome.
The small bedroom (only enough room for the bed) offers a queen bed and small closet. The on suite bath provides a tub/shower, toilet and sink. Summary: The property was just right for me (or a couple). Fabulous espresso machine (which I didn't know how to use :) and a Keurig supplied with K cups. Safe neighborhood and walkable to many places. Highly recommendated!

Summary: Beautiful just as pictured! Great location while visiting granddaughter at USCB college. Would definitely stay again! Loved that it had a parking spot and while I am not a coffee person has a great coffee bar!

Summary: My mom and I were attending the marine boot camp graduation and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This was perfectly located and very cozy. It had everything we needed and the host was easy to get in touch with. Will stay here again if we need a getaway. Highly recommended!
