Summary: We rented this property because it was an easy commute to see family while we were visiting for a week. It’s about 10 min drive to downtown or Port Royal. The house is very clean, but needs a little TLC with some of the maintenance of items like furnishings, fixtures, and lights due to wear and tear over time. The photos in the listing were not totally accurate, nothing major, but we were a little disappointed in the overall quality of the decor, anppliances, and furniture.

Summary: All good things, we came down for our son's USMC graduation. House is spacious and the in-law suite was perfect. I booked this for the open floor plan. Only suggestion is we could have used more wash cloths.

Summary: We will stay again at this property if we head this way in the future. The house was very clean and updated on the inside. Everything the listing stated was what we found. We had four family members coming from different parts of the Southeast coming for our son's graduation from boot camp. Having the guest house for my in laws was very nice because they have a small dog, and the owner was able to accommodate us with their pet. We had 8 people in the home, and it is large enough where it didn't feel cramped at all. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We had one issue with the heater working in the guest house. The owner came right out to address and fix the heating situation. If we couldn't get this some booked, I would stay at another one of his properties in the future.
