Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful, room was nice and the location was perfect for Yeovil town centre.

Negative: The carpet had just been cleaned and was still wet.

Positive: Free parking. There were plenty of brew making facilities and the shower pressure was fierce. Nice room with everything you might need, and although they aren't on site, if you ring them they are always on the end of the phone and very helpful. They are also dog friendly for an extra charge. The rooms are a stones throw from town so the location was fantastic, and there's a great little pub called The Butchers Arms two minutes away. Also in the town is a lovely cafe/restaurant called Barolo Lounge which is gorgeous inside, great food, and dog friendly.

Negative: It was a bit tricky to find and there isn't anyone on site all the time, so you have to call them to get entry instructions. Also, people didn't always close the main door properly so anyone could get in. The hot water in the sink is scalding hot and there isn't any warning about that. The light in the brew alcove didn't work, and the fire alarm had been taped up. We did report this to them so hopefully they will have sorted that. The room was also a bit on the small side for two people, but not unmanageable.

Positive: Comfortable room, facilities were clean and a great stay. Free car park in the middle of Yeovil so very central to all town amenities. Welcoming staff and easy check in/ out

Positive: Location was great - but a little hard to find so had to call and they guided me in, staff friendly. Room was cosy but the bathroom spacious - shower was hot and powerful which was refreshing. On - site parking which was handy too. I wasnt sure if the room would have a hairdryer but it did in the chest of drawers. They also had a fan in there which was a bonus and needed throughout the night. Convenient and good for the budget, if you just want a bed and shower for the night, i would recommend. Town was 2 mins walk away.

Negative: The bed was a little hard for my liking so not the most comfortable, i have experienced.
