Summary: The Manager Ms. Norissa was EXCELLENT. She went above and beyond to explain the heating system. We appreciated her so MUCH. Rooms recently rennovated. Bet it is a great location in the summer.

Summary: Outstanding location right on the beach. The rooms were completely remolded and had a small kitchenette that was perfect for making snacks. The staff was amazing and really went above and beyond the entire time we were there. Recommend the full ocean view, it really is an amazing view.

Summary: The service was excellent, but the room could’ve been better. It had sand all over the floor. No one had swept, even though it’s close to the beach I didn’t expect it to be like that.

Summary: Clean, comfortable & convenient! We stayed here in Old Orchard Beach on our way up to Bar Harbor. Super close to downtown with shops & boardwalk. Loved that we had the option for beach or pool with the kids. Hotel staff were super friendly and gave a great reco for breakfast! Stay here! You won’t regret it!!
