Positive: The staff is amazing and really payed attention to every single guest. The hotel is comfortable, with a lovely spa and a great location.

Negative: If anything, the bed and pillows didn’t match the rest as they where less comfortable

Summary: We only stayed here one night and the staff made it impeccable.

Positive: Love the hotel, staff and especially the rooftop bar and restaurant. A/c was very efficient.

Negative: Nothing - only small point is if you have a large vehicle or van the parking at the hotel isn’t for these vehicles. We parked for free on the street as it was a weekend and there was meter parking available.

Positive: Everything was just perfect ! The hotel is super nice and the staff are excellent. Our room was amazing, more spacious than it looks in the photos. The spa isn’t huge, but it’s really nice and never crowded since you book your slot at the desk. Breakfast = absolutely delicious! We brought our dog along and he was welcome everywhere (except the spa, of course ). One of our favorite moments was ending the day with cocktails on the rooftop — the drinks were fantastic and the view was just stunning. We loved our stay at The Vintage Lisbon and can’t wait to come back! 💕

Positive: A very stylish hotel in a great location. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast is very good. Nice touches in the room. Lovely rooftop bar. See my photos @stellasstays

Negative: The bed & pillows weren’t great and although the staff were very nice they could be pretty slow. Personally I would prefer a spa hotel with a pool you can swim in but that’s just personal choice.

Positive: The staff were excellent at the front door and front desk. The gin bar was a nice touch.

Negative: The hotel is a lot of hype, but the rooms are ultimately pretty mediocre. The vintage aspect is almost to cover for the fact that the rooms are a bit dated - but not in a cool vintage-y but new way. The bathroom design is particularly silly with a flimsy door that doesn't even shut - so that you can share your bathroom experience with your spouse? Breakfast was just so-so. View from the room was terrible.
