Positive: Beautifully renovated apartment with amazing river views from the terrace and the top floor window. Very nice neighborhood with tasty cafés and restaurants, yet slightly off the super touristy areas.

Positive: Beautiful apartment with tasteful furniture. It was stylist and cosy at the same time which reflects the host’s thoughts and effort into the space. The loft room was the highlight, with a lovely view of the sea. The terrace views were also the perfect companion to the morning coffee. João was also very kind to give us recommendations on where to eat, and responsive to our needs!

Negative: Just that the only access to the apartment was the stairs - just take note for people who have disabilities or older parents (like us). So be prepared to handle the luggage and account for that in your planning. However the views and the apartment made it worth it.

Summary: Beautiful cosy space that felt like a little gem in Portugal.
