Positive: It was close to where I had business to take care of.
Negative: HVAC very loud. I was not aware at booking that it was more of an air b and b with no staff present which isn't actually a big deal but I should have been informed. The price was too much for what it actually is. I wouldn't pay more then 115 dollars to stay there again.
