Positive: The access to lake was nice.

Negative: The tiny room was dirty & cheap. Shower had not been cleaned. There was a dirty wash cloth in the shower. The 3 room space had one tiny air conditioner. No complimentary coffee. The bed was uncomfortable. The grill is right next to a parked car.

Positive: Awesome property right on the lake with everything we needed. Boat rental right on the property. Kayaks and SUP’s always available. Easy drive to Bolton Landing and Downtown Lake George. Staff were wonderful and helpful.

Positive: The owner/host was so accommodating and helped us out, since booking.com messed up my reservation. Booking.com totally was deceiving in our accommodations. I will never book through this site again and will be sure to tell all my family and friends not to use them. Like I wrote, the owner of Villas changed our accommodations around to make our party of 6 be as comfortable as possible. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful.

Negative: BOOKING.COM TERRIBLE! -The Wi-Fi didn’t work well -Also, booking.com said the resort had a spa and cafe. Those 2 amenities weren’t open and available. The site shouldn’t advertise, if not available.

Positive: Beautiful location, lots of amenities, wonderful staff.

Negative: I found the stay a bit overpriced for the fact that there were many outdated aspects of the room. Also one major thing for me was that I was charged for a cleaning fee, however, the sink had a leak and was broken, so in order not to make any water damage, I left the stuff I used unwashed. But I felt I shouldn’t have been penalized for this when they knew their sink was broken, and I know previous stays had the same issue (I know people..) I agreed to pay this fee as this isn’t a likely situation and I understood that someone had to clean this. But just wished that wasn’t the case. It happens though..

Positive: The hosts and maintenance/cleaning team were very friendly and helpful. The location was great as well. They had kayaks and canoes available to take out.

Negative: Don't really have any complaints. If I had to pick something that could have been better it would be the couch and beds, which def weren't the most comfortable. But we were happy overall.

Summary: Great summer getaway with family.
