New construction on five secluded wooded acres with Trout Lake rights. In the heart of the Adirondack Park.
Winding driveway leading to a beautiful two story Adirondack style home with attached two car garage. Three large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, living room with gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen and dining area. Front porch with Adirondack chairs and table for coffee or dining al fresco. Over sized deck for outdoor dining or sun bathing. Tall pines and oak trees surround this home giving you the sense of being deep in the woods away from civilization yet so close to many attractions. Steps to Trout Lake, 3 miles to Lake George or 1.5 miles Bolton Landing, miles of hiking trails within minutes, world class skiing, amusement parks, golf, dining and more. Saratoga Springs 45 mins away, racetrack, casino and fine dining.
So much to do or do nothing. The choice is yours.
Our home has all the modern amenities most would expect but we encourage you to enjoy nature and the surroundings that make the Adirondacks unique. A gourmet kitchen awaits you. Three full bathrooms with a spa like feeling. Enough beds for a family of 8 and not feel cluttered. 65" HDTV for family viewing. WIFI. Central AC. Large windows that make you feel like you're outside. A game room in the basement for your enjoyment.

For the safety of our guests and to protect our home and personal belongings, we have security cameras positioned around the house.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Very new. Well outfitted. Nice private lot, very quite. Less than 10 min to Bolton which is great for restaurants, groceries, etc. Nice big gas grill. Full size washer and dryer. Board games, with ping-pong, air hockey and pool table in the basement. Deck and porch for Adirondack relaxation.

Summary: This cabin is situated on a pretty wooded lot which makes it very private. The home is only a few years old and well maintained and decorated. The downstairs bedroom had a comfortable bed but the shower was too small for my husband. There was another full bathroom with a larger shower a few feet away. Upstairs my adult daughter and her husband found the queen size bed uncomfortable and the shower a satisfactory size but with poor water pressure. The basement contained a ping pong table, air hockey and a pool table which they enjoyed very much. The washer and dryer were conveniently located with detergent available. There is a beautiful front porch and a place to eat outside. I would rent this home again. It is a generally comfortable woodland retreat within easy driving to Lake George.

Summary: Wonderful home set in a wooded area in the Bolton Landing area. Beautiful area nestled in the woods, quite and serene. The home was cozy and had a fun game room in the basement. All appliances were nice, furniture and beds were comfy and the back deck and front porch made it nice to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.
