Summary: Spot-on in terms of convenience for this visit, A-1 cleanliness, responsiveness of staffing. Comfort lacking due to my ineptness w/HVAC. Same w/TV-WIFI. Only AAA or AARP discounts would have made the stay more appealing. Guaranteed to stay again --hopefully next year.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Village Motel. Easy check in, safe & quiet area and the room was super clean. The grounds look very nice and you can tell the owners take pride in their property. We will definitely return in the future. Do not hesitate to book a room at the Village Motel.

Summary: Good place to sleep and shower when we visit the area. Nothing fancy but that's not really qhat we needed.

Summary: This motel was a pleasant surprise. We stayed here 1 night during a visit to Cooperstown which was about a 30 min drive (hotel prices are extremely inflated there). The checkin and checkout process was easy and the owner and his wife were very pleasant. The exterior is dated but clean. Yes, it’s your typical motel layout but the room was very clean and the bathrooms were newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. We could tell that the owners took pride in their establishment. The property was very quiet and felt safe. The owner provided good communication and was quick to answer our questions. We appreciated the complimentary bottled waters in the room. The room was appointed with a (very clean) small coffee maker, coffee grounds, and paper cups. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are ever in this area again.

Summary: Rooms though dated had been upgraded with new plumbing fixtures and floors. A/C syruggled to remove moisture and room felt slightly humid. Very clean and nice. Helpful staff/owners
