Summary: Immaculately clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay after long days at the baseball field. A bit farther away from Dreams Park than some other options, but worth it for the peace, quiet, and cleanliness.

Summary: Our stay was great. Quiet setting was just what we needed. The owner was very responsive to our messages. We loved this place as soon as we walked in. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Summary: In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might improve with time. 3) The kitchen is well-equipped but some of the useful items you can see on the top shelf and there's no ladder, so unless you're very tall you won't be able to reach them. 4) There's only one bathroom and it's quite small; there's no counter space. The shower door opens out, so when you take a shower and then open the shower door the water from the door creates a puddle on the floor.

Summary: Exceptional property, absolutely adorable and spotless. Had all the amenities of a hotel plus all the extras, fully supplied kitchen, laundry, fresh towels and toiletries. Country setting was beautiful especially with all the fall colors.

Summary: Stayed here with my family and dogs and it exceeded expectations in every way. The interior is more pleasant and light than the pictures suggest, and the outside property is just as verdant as it looks. Didn't spend a ton of time in the home because we were mostly at the Cooperstown Dreams Park all day for baseball. But when we were at Coolis' Corner, it felt like we were in our own home. Check-in, check-out, and dealing with our dogs were all super easy.

Summary: Even though it was a 30 minute drive to the Dream Park, we enjoyed leaving the crowds in Cooperstown. The drive every day was a beautiful one. The rental met and exceeded all our needs, and was exactly as described. You won’t be disappointed.
