Positive: The house was lovely, spacious and was perfect for what we used it for. I rang up after my visit to check everything was good and my deposit was transferred straight over whilst on the phone. I was shocked at the high value of deposit as I didn't read the small print when booking.
Negative: Communication through booking wasn't great however, I rang the owner who was more than helpful and called me back if he missed my call.

Positive: The house was a really good size and the kitchen area is great for a small group of friends.
Negative: The house feels quite run down compared to the images. There isn't enough kitchenware for the amount of people the house holds. There was no hot water in the showers. The hot tub is an unexpected extra cost.
Summary: The house has obviously been a very lovely place however now feels a little tired.

Positive: The house was perfect for a break away with friends. The little touches were perfect and we loved taking photos near the floral wall and neon view sign. We will definitely be returning again. Ryan was great and ensured we had everything we needed. We paid a damage deposit just incase, which was quickly returned when we check out. Over all - a great stay!

Positive: Really spacious, good garden area and kitchen area is welcoming!
Negative: Not very clean at all, dust and dirt everywhere, dirty toilets and sinks, hard flooring needs a deep clean, kitchen cupboards dirty and leftover takeaway packet was found inside cupboard from a previous guest. Lots of walls marked and several with large holes in them. Back door handle was broken during our stay so when our group went outside the wind ended up shutting the back door and locking us out. Unfortunately this property looks a lot better on the photos and left us a little disappointed ☹️ it could be better with more maintenance/upkeep of the damages and a better cleaner.
Summary: Nice house but needs some work to bring it back to life

Positive: The location was great, rooms were great. Great for socialising. Very modern, clean, spacious. Lovely space outside. Hot tub was great. The beds were comfy and clean. Enough bathrooms for a large groups
Negative: Communication was not the best. Had to chase up on the day. Doors left unlocked without a key to lock it made us feel unsafe during the night. Little things missing which made the stay less comfortable, no tea towels available, no bath mats or bins in the bathroom. Outside door handle broken which kept locking people out.
Summary: Great for a large social group!
