Positive: We had a truly wonderful two-night stay at The View in Assisi. From the moment Paolo greeted us at the train station, we felt looked after. He drove us to the apartment and, at the end of our stay, kindly dropped us off at our onward destination — a level of service that made the trip feel seamless and personal. The apartment itself was fantastic. It was spacious, bright, and beautifully appointed. The highlight, though, was undoubtedly the roof terrace: sitting there with views across Assisi, including a stunning vantage of the basilica, was unforgettable. Inside, the layout was comfortable and generous. Cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail were all top class. The location is superb, putting us within easy reach of the main sights yet still peaceful enough for good rest. All in all, our stay at The View exceeded expectations. Paolo’s warm hospitality and the apartment’s elegance and views make it an ideal base for exploring Assisi. We can’t recommend it enough, and would happily return.

Positive: Lots of space, the rooftop view is amazing, rooms were nice, all was very clean, location was perfect. The host Paolo was great. Even after we checked out it started pouring later in the day and we were waiting for it to end since we didn’t have umbrellas. Paolo just happened to drive past us and told us to hop in the car and gave us a ride to our car.
