Positive: When we booked, we did it primarily for the stunning terrace overlooking not only the valley but equally some of the main churches of Assisi. Simply mind blowing. When we got there, it was even better than we had imagined! Also the host was exceptional. She checked in with us if all was OK regularly answering any question promptly and giving us a wide array of tips as well as recommendations for dinner.
Negative: nothing really.

Positive: The apartment is wonderful and furnished with great taste. From the moment you walk in, you immediately feel at home. Spotlessly clean. A big plus is its excellent location – right in the heart of the historic town and at the same time just 5–6 minutes from a covered parking lot where you can leave your car. It has a spacious terrace with a beautiful view – a perfect spot for enjoying a meal or a drink outdoors. Barbara and Andrea have thought of even the smallest details and are always available to offer any help you might need – in short, they are excellent hosts.

Positive: Great location with spectacular view! The host ensured we had what we needed. The two bedroom, two bath (1shower) was perfect for our group of four. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the view. The small details like a fresh pastry on our arrival to the well stocked coffee pods helped us be able to enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace before heading out for the day sightseeing. Host was excellent in responding and available if we needed anything.

Positive: We loved the location and the view from the apartment was amazing. The place has a washer/dryer. This was our first place in Italy that had a dryer.

I would definitely recommended to everyone who look for perfect place, clean apartment, great hospitality, being in the center of Assisi and enjoying a peace looking to a Dome, cathedral and magnificent valley below.
