Summary: Lovely accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was delicious. For the purposes of our trip to London the Victoria was a convenient location. I would definitely recommend and should we need to stay in the area again I would stay here.

Summary: We stayed for the Rugby World Cup weekend and used this as a base. Very friendly staff, lovely food and overall we would stay again when we come down for the rugby

Summary: Lovely rooms in a tranquil part of south west London attached to a charming pub. Absolutely perfect for a visit to Kew Gardens and Richmond. The rooms were nicely decorated with comfy beds and everything you would need in them; tea, coffee, hairdryer, tv and nice little en suite. Continental breakfast was extra special with each visitor receiving a freshly prepared serving, inclding fruit salad, luxury yoghurt, salami and cheese, toast and the nicest brownie you could hope for. Great choice of hot drinks and cereals too. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: I enjoyed another stay at the Victoria which is an ideal location for me when visiting London. My room was comfortable with a good shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and bottle of water were greatly appreciated. Looking forward to my next visit.

Summary: Great stay for our visit to Wimbledon and Richmond. Quiet residence near Richmond park and main bus route. Lovely welcome and helpful information given. The weather was so hot so unfortunately the room was too even though a fan was provided. Coukd have done with a fridge in the room for cold drinks etc. Would book again.
