Positive: The indoor outdoor flow to the veranda is fantastic. The large kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to cook a Xmas roast for the family. Bathrooms are very nice and spacious. Laundry is well appointed with quality appliances. Great location, it has a forest feel with bird songs throughout the day. Nice sea views from the veranda.

Positive: Abundance of space inside and outside. Amazing views. Great location for local activities and eating out. Huge kitchen if you want to stay in and cook yourself. Off street parking a bonus. Quiet surroundings and plenty of birds singing in the background.

Negative: A coffee machine would be a great addition.

Positive: The building itself is a beautiful character home. The outdoor setting has a beautiful outlook.

Negative: There was no access to a sound system although the living areas have speaker system installed. There were no basic supplies in the bathrooms other than toilet paper. The kitchen could benefit from a basic coffee system - there is a plunger but no coffee. Pod machines are reasonably priced given the costly nightly tariff.

Summary: Lovely building but excessively priced for minimal services.
