Positive: Breakfast was ordered for room service but did not arrive (6/16).

Negative: The exorbitant high price, more than double of any other hotel in the area, is not justified, neither by the great historic architecture, nor by the very good location, nor by the excellent friendly staff. Air condition in living room did not work. Breakfast on Sunday morning did not arrive. Pool was closed on Sunday morning.

Summary: Staff very friendly + helpful. But for this price I'd expect that everything is more than perfect,

Negative: So dark!! Lighting is awful!! Tiny bathrooms Hard to see in all rooms… no light!!
