Positive: This was by far the best property I’ve stayed at!! We were only here for 2 nights, and it just felt like home right away. First of all, Karla is an absolute gem of a person. She is so welcoming and helpful if you need anything, and she gave us a bunch of cool spots to go to while we were in the Seattle area! She is clearly very passionate about making your stay comfortable, and isn’t just doing this for money (as I’ve experienced many other rental property managers do). As far as the basics go, the place is clean and well taken care of, and the bed and futon and lounge chair are comfy to sleep on (there’s even an extra mattress pad if you want it softer!). It is stocked with just about everything you need, and then some! There’s even cute special things like yummy jam, cool teas + local coffee beans. Karla has little label/ tent cards all over the place so you know where EVERYTHING is and how they work/tips, which is amazing and I don’t know why others don’t do that! Once you book she sends a video walkthrough, and there’s also a binder once you’re there with in depth info about how everything’s works/recommendations for what to do/ food to order from. And lots and lots of fun activities, everything from already logged into streaming platforms, an extensive array of board games and cool coloring pages, to regular painting supplies, to a collectively worked on Van Gogh paint by numbers that has been slowly worked on bit by bit by previous renters that you can add to (which has such a cool vibe of being a part of something). Like I said, it just has such a homey feel to it. It’s definitely not like a hotel that has that empty soulless feel, it feels special! AND there’s a hot tub which is the cleanest I’ve ever been in at a rental!! AND there’s a gym and she provides aerial silks classes. AND she leads an adventure group that you can sign up to join if you’d like!
