Negative: Had to ask for change of room. Booked small double, which usually means room size, not bed pushed up against a wall. Also appreciate old building, but shower very small - no place to put shower /shampoo soaps etc. Did not appreciate having to leave via the fire escape in the morning with luggage.

Positive: Friendly staff; changed my room when realised I had a large bag that was difficult to take up narrow stairs; checked new room was suitable (it was an upgrade).

Negative: It is a historic building so stairs are difficult - suitable alternative rooms if available - need to be aware if mobility issues.
