Summary: Great location! The cut home was perfect for a family weekend in the busy Dallas area. All the amenities of home! Thanks for trusting us with the necessaries. Walking distance to grocery (whole foods) and uber was great. Parking in the street was adequate, but watch for the two hour spots. Wonderful experience.

Summary: Pros: The location is central to everything and has food within walking distance. It is easy to find and access via the lockbox. The front room and kitchen are super cute and functional. Really appreciated the tv and internet. Now the cons: there was mold everywhere in the bathrooms and dust and dirt in all the vents, windows, and fixtures. There was even an extra visitor in the bathroom - a huge cockroach. This place has so much potential, it just needs a little more TLC.

Summary: We enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness. and convenience of this rental. The host was excellent--instructions were very clear. If you have an EV, you can charge it at the Whole Foods across the street, too! (In the parking garage, close to the big sliding glass doors.)

Summary: Walking distance from many high quality restaurants and a good neighborhood really makes it hard to wanna stay anywhere else. Host responds immediately. Just overall will love to come again. Only issue I can stay is the water can get hot fast in the shower and sink.
