Positive: On my complain over the AC on room 304, the front desk operator Mitra swiftly organized the checking by the maintenance team and quickly changed me to 307 without any hesitation. Job well done.

Negative: My first day at 304 room the AC wasn't very good..not chilling after rechecked by the maintenance.
