Positive: Comfort. Got private bathroom for every room. It's a 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms unit.

Negative: Don't have washing machine. Need to to buy token at the guard house. Means that extra payment to be make for laundry. The laundry area is located at level 7. Our unit is at level 17.We need to go up and down many times .
