Summary: My Wife and daughter checked in later in the evening. Front Desk staff was kind enough to arrange baggage drop off to the room. Upon going into the Room, we found out someone else was already in the room and sleeping. We were rushed out of the room and allocated another room. How can a property issue same room to 2 different Guests.

Summary: There was a complete breakdown in communication between the staff. I had two consecutive day bookings—one Direct and other through Expedia. I clearly explained this at check-in, and the staff assured me of two things: I would receive the complimentary airport drop-off included with direct bookings, and that I wouldn’t need to move rooms between reservations. Despite their assurance, my door key stopped working the next day and I was briefly locked out of my room. I also received a phone call asking when I would check out, even though they had explicitly told me I could stay in the same room without interruption. The entire situation was poorly managed. * Hotel is having construction done, it smells moldy and they gave us a room which pretty much requires to make a perimeter around the hotel because the other way is blocked. One elevator was out of service while the other elevator door was falling apart with plywoods pealing off more than 2 layers. - ⁠In the room, the moldy smell persisted. Eventually discovered a lizard in the room. * Hotel denied complimentary airport drop-off, claiming no record. I had to show their own confirmation. Eventually, they refused, saying the complimentary offer only applied to small cars. * The manager cited technicalities instead of offering solutions, despite prior commitment. Conclusion: Only advantage is proximity to the airport. A truly disappointing experience that doesn’t reflect a 5-star standard—possibly coasting on its historical rep.

Summary: The hotel is very convenient to the airport and has an onsite liquor store. This is important if you want to drink, as the state of Gujarat is dry. The air conditioner in the first room I was assigned did not work.The gym is adequate but several of the machines were out of service. The pool is nice but the first lounge chair I tried was also broken. The breakfast was fine with good service from the staff. The spa was very good. Overall the stay was fine especially for the price paid.

Summary: We visited this hotel in 1991. The interior remains the same in 2025. PLEASE REFIT/UPGRADE. Catering staff need to ask more questions to customers as regards their preferences especially spiciness of food served.

Summary: Property is beautiful but sadly the room are dated and bathroom are in really bad conditions, we have stayed at this hotel few times as it’s closer to the airport, I am hoping the Hotel will renovate the room before my next visit

Summary: This is NOT a 5-star hotel. It's an average hotel; facility is very OLD. You can feel things falling apart in the room. Bathrooms are dated, slippery tubs, no exhaust. You will not be able to change AC thermostat, you have to call front desk, AC will not go below certain temperature (I guess energy consumption). Staff is welcoming, you will hear SAR SAR all the time, being an NRI, the expectation of money is very high. Breakfast is really good, but menu remains same everyday with few changes. I stayed for 4 nights once and 2 nights another time, breakfast was same every day. Best part is the location, very near to Airport.

Summary: Great location - minutes from the airport. Poor maintenance - wash basin had a huge crack in middle of it, bath had chips in it with mouldy sealant. Poor workmanship all round with paint marks on wall & floor tiles. Overall negative experience - buffet dinner was well overpriced and empty dishes not topped up until requested on multiple occasions.
