Summary: The property was perfect for our group. The house had a lot of activities and everything was as advertised, and the host provided detailed info about everything. When we come back to Vegas, we hope this property is available again.

Summary: Sonny was great from start to finish. The house was perfect for my ladies softball team. We enjoyed our stay thouroughly as Sonny allowed us to make his home our own while we stayed. I would definitely book through Sonny again as long as he would allow us to.

Summary: So many activities for the entire family such as batting cages, karaoke, arcade games, and the most important a great size pool. Jamie the maintenance man was very helpful and gave us the run down on the property. The place was very clean and very homie. We definitely would stay there again for our next Vegas vacation.

Summary: My women's soccer team stayed here for the weekend of a tournament. There were 16 of us and we all fit comfortably with all of us having our own beds. It spacious and beautiful. We did have issues with the jacuzzi, in which the owner sent someone to come and fix. However, after they left, it still did not heat up hot. It wasn't unpleasant but didn't provide the recovery we needed. There are some issues with the neighbors, as the home lies in a gated community. We were out for till evenings on most days, but it did cause a little anxiety about being approached by an unfriendly neighbor. Other than that, we were very pleased with the accommodations and will definitely stay again.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay over our wedding weekend with our family and a few friends (18 of us total stayed here) - we had a lot of issues and questions that I had to reach out to Sonny for and although he was extremely responsive it created some extra work on our end to get things figured out. We had multiple issues with the hot tub but it was great when it worked! Arcade games and TVs were also confusing at times but like the hot tub they were great once we got them functioning. Beds and living spaces were clean but you can tell a deep clean of the place hasn't happened for a good while- lots of dusty spots throughout the house and stains on cupboards for example. The place was well furnished and stocked with kitchen items and utensils and there are even multiple blow dryers throughout the bathrooms. I wouldn't steer anyone away from this house, especially for the price and how responsive and helpful Sonny was.

Summary: House and space was perfect for my huge family-friendly. The accessories- pool table, game machines, ping pong, weight room, basketball, baseball cage- pool area worked out really well for the family. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Parking space was great for our 4 cars. Sonny was very responsive to my requests and responded immediately. The pool - hot sauna unfortunately wasnt working well- and a part needed to be replaced- so we didint get a chance to really enjoy the hot tub- family commebted on the beds being clean and comfortable 😀 and the house thermostat definitely saved us from the cold. Us HAWAII People are not use to cold weather- but the house in general was great!!

Summary: The house had everything we wanted to keep our guests entertained. There was plenty of rooms and sleeping beds for all our guests. The two bed rooms on the first floor was a great option for a few of our guests that weren’t able to go up stairs. Sonny is a great host and communication with him was very responsive. Over all we couldn’t have asked for more.
