4 Bedroom House in Boring

Gather your family and close friends to enjoy the beauty, tranquility and privacy of two discrete accommodations. Your family will have access to both, A Suite at Dolan Creek Farm (2 guests) and The Lodge at Dolan Creek (8 guests across 3 bedrooms). Have the parents and Kids in the main house and let the grandparents enjoy the quiet privacy of the adjacent detached suite.
The Lodge was completely renovated from to to bottom in 2021. Every surface was updated. The result is a perfect environment for a family getaway, work retreat, or small celebration. Each room has both heat and AC. Every bed is lovingly made with 400 thread count cotton sheets and extra pillows. The kitchen is a cooks dream. KitchenAid mixer, blender, serving platters and plenty of stemware to set a lovely table. The gracious table is large enough to seat all 10 guests.
The Lodge is complete with:
*Primary King bedroom with private attached 3/4 bath
*Second King bedroom shares the full hall bath with the bunk room
*Third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds
*Central large great room

Summary: My teenage children were beyond impressed! We were in Oregon to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from University of Oregon. We stayed 6 days at The Dolan Creek Lodge and enjoyed every bit of this property. This is a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle with all of the conveniences nearby. Hot tub, firepit, gameroom, a gorgeous fireplace (loads of firewood) and a fully stocked kitchen. We let Dana know we would be hosting a dinner for family and friends and it was nice to be able to hang out on the deck with the most gorgeous view of the pond and Mount Hood! We were a party of 5 adults and our 17 year old son but the lodge comfortably sleeps 10 with 3 couples each in a room and a room with 2 bunkbeds sleeping 4. We canʻt wait to return for our next family vacay! Mahalo Nui Loa Dana from this Maui Ohana!!!

Summary: I am a seasoned VRBO renter and this home was the best home that I have ever stayed at. It's the details that make the difference and this home delivered. The light fixtures, the furniture, the attention to every small detail, like having a dimmable switches on every light- that what makes this home special. And let's not forget the view - at night in the hot tub, look at that view of Mt. Hood turning pink in the sunset. I would live her if I could. You can see the photos - it is better than that in person. We were traveling with 5 small children, the oldest being 9. Dana and her parents living on the farm gave us the very best tour of the animals and the gardens, allowing us to pick berries right off the bushes, since they are organic. Best stay EVER.

Summary: I've stayed at many properties using VRBO and other similar services, and this was one of my best experiences. The property is very well kept and comfortable. The kitchen has all of the essentials and additional amenities. The location puts you within a short drive to Portland, waterfalls along the Columbia river, or hiking near Mt. Hood. You will have plenty of easy access to a variety of natural entertainment. We had my brother-in-law with us as well, and he was able to have his own private space in the apartment next door. The game room was a big hit with my six kiddos too! This was a perfect fit for us and Dana was fantastic to work with!

Summary: Great place to get away for family. Grand kids loved the farm animals and the gameroom and wandering the property. 5 days of relaxing and alot of great meals from the big kitchen that had everything needed. Thanks to Dana and her family. Hope to be back again!
