Positive: Beautiful location. Everything you need in terms of cookware, flatware, dishes....and then some. And beautiful furnishings. Plenty of extra sheets, pillows and blankets for the couch bed. Plenty of beach going supplies. Even for kids.

Negative: Bathtub was dirty when I arrived. And it needs one of those rubber bathtub mats. As the bathtub is extremely slippery and dangerous; with nothing to hold onto in case you slip. Brand new coffee maker, but no coffee filters, or a couple small bags of coffee until you supply up. Needs an area rug under coffee table by the couch. And it needs a bathroom rug. There was a hand soap pump in the kitchen and bathroom; but both were empty. I expected more attention to THESE details from Vacasa; as this IS a LUXURY rental property, at LUXURY rental prices. And this is the only reason I couldn't give it a 10.
