Positive: We checked in with the owner and I mentioned that I always carry an extra blanket because I'm always cold.. Within an hour she brought an extra blanket and space heater to our room.

Positive: The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. It was a no contact check in. But I needed to change something and called the number for service and the owner came out and helped me with that.

Negative: The only drawback was no coffee pot. But we did know that in advance and brought some coffee bags and cups. But that's what keeps the price reasonable.
