Negative: I was a surprised that breakfast was not included. My experience has always been that staying at B&Bs this it included breakfast.

Positive: The owners are super friendly. The place is very charming. It was decorated for Christmas, and the snow was falling it felt like being in a Hallmark movie.

Summary: Love staying here. We will definitely stay here any time we are in Mt. Pleasant.

Positive: Location was Great! Island Park was next to us, great walking! David was Wonderful and gave us a great recommendation for lunch. We were able to walk downtown for dinner. I Highly recommend Vin Trofeo’s Pizzeria & Pub! The Best thin crust pizza I have ever had! I love pizza & as an older person I have eaten plenty of pizza. They offer all the crust options. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked Wonderful! Mt. Pleasant is so lucky to have such a Wonderful restaurant. Stay at Gingko Tree you will not be missed!

Positive: Staff was great and rooms were beautiful. next time we are in Mt. Pleasant we will most definitely be stay there again!!

Negative: We had a quick trip and didn't really get the full experience of the beautiful grounds.

Positive: Good breakfast. Great room for breakfast. Staff was very good. Location was excellent and rooms were well done. I love the grounds which are beautiful.

Negative: The room I had was noisy. The downstairs carriage house room heard everything upstairs. That included feet running, children playing, and babies crying during the night. I was not that bothered by it as I like children and am use to it, but it could certainly keep some people awake.

Summary: It was pleasant, and very convenient for my visit. I enjoyed the staff and the grounds.
