Summary: No reception onsite, check in over the phone worked ok. no one on site to attend to things. the pool was dirty and the area around the, unattended, reception/office was dirty and unkempt. This was not a good look, and i was very apprehensive about what the room would be like. but it was clean and comfortable, good value.

Summary: Had two nights stay and enjoyed the room in every respect. Yes it's old and had a few average make overs, but was more than adequate .

Summary: Check on was easy and even had a pod coffee m/c. No doubt you don't have to pay big $ to stay in a lovely area. We have been in places that are twice the price with less facilities.

Summary: The property was clean and tidy, facilities are very old although function ok. Hot water was a bit of a problem . However a comfortable bed and a good nights sleep. No reception manned . No customer service. Have to rely on internet. A bit hard for those who are not familiar with internet.
