Negative: We booked a room with 1 queen bed(for couple) but they gave us room with 2 single bed. Check in time is 3:00 but the room is not yet okay, so we have to wait for almost 1hour 😅 The swimming pool is dirty..

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome !

Negative: The towels were frayed and threadbare. The balcony off our room looked like a death trap and there were discarded plant pots on the balcony. There was also a large cockroach in the room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and there were no knives. We had to spread butter on our bread with a wooden stirrer. Also, the horn is not at all well signposted. The reception is on the third floor.

Positive: It was great that there were free snacks in the afternoon and evening, the pool was lovely and, the location close to the MRT. The rooms seemed well sound proofed. The room was spacious, the shower hot with good pressure and pier and the bed was comfortable. Having a fridge in the room was great and the general design touches were quirky and fun.

Negative: The hot food at breakfast was always luke warm and the food was not refreshed often. Paying for an extra hour for late checkout was expensive and you were not allowed to check out and stay by the pool. The floor in the room could have been cleaner and the balcony has cigarette ash in multiple places. The AC was noisy.

Summary: The pool and the bed was great the breakfast less so
